Before Photoshop

From inspired designers through to visual pranksters, Photoshop is widely recognised as the go to tool to make stuff more ‘awesome’ (technical term!). It’s certainly the first app we open up when we start a web design project. 2015 marks Photoshop’s 25th anniversary and it’s being celebrated across the web with some visually stunning pieces of work.

As wonderful as it is to marvel at how Photoshop plugin’s make Madonna look 25 it’s equally incredible to reflect on how things used to be in the golden olden days of graphic design. Pens, rulers and, heaven forbid, paper! It’s fair to say that after watching this video those of us that use Photoshop will be incredibly grateful to founders, John and Thomas Knoll.
