It’s still early days for chatbots and AI Agents, however, it’s clear they have the potential to play a big part in not only ‘always on’ customer service but in staff training, multilingual support, company intranets and lead generation, to name but a few.
At Start we have trained numerous chatbots using data relevant to our organisation. One of these chatbots has been created using the Typeform framework and trained using minimal data, whilst the others are being fine-tuned and yet to officially launch.
The Typeform chatbot is displayed below and available to use. Please note, it is currently in Beta testing.
