360 Health + Community is committed to enhancing the livelihoods of people across Western Australia, through better health, community engagement and social care. As a registered charity, 360 use profits from their private allied health and counselling services to provide over 80 low-cost and free health services and programs to individuals in need.
During the middle of 2019, 360 Health + Community approached Start Digital to revamp its website. Soon after signing up for a new website, 360 identified their need for several solutions, including print and intranet. As a multi-disciplinary agency, this is a project Start jumped to work with!
Our approach to the new site was to visually present 360 as one of WA’s most prevalent health organisations in the state. With a strategic compilation of primary colours, fonts, high-quality images that presented diversity and connectivity, and other visual elements, their website pushes the design standards within the charity and health industry.
While the website started as the priority, internal changes resulted in 360 Health + Community needing new brochures. With a new digital presence and website on the way, 360 felt the organisation needed a tri-fold design that better represented where the business is today, and where they are going tomorrow.
With much of the website design in progress, it wasn’t hard to achieve cohesiveness across the print materials. Start brought over the new colours, vibrant gradients, dual colour icons and revised fonts (Questa and Rubik) to make the flyers stand out from the pile. 360’s brochures populate health centres/clinics, hospitals, general practitioner practices across WA.
Since launching their engaging and visuals-driven website, 360 and Start Digital have collaborated on a number of complementary projects. We’ve provided further digital support by setting up intranet solutions, creating graphics for their reports and SEO.
Over 6 months, Start was contracted to optimise 360’s website to rocket the organisation’s visibility and organic traffic. Conducting a range of activities including performance optimisation, media compression, on-page content development and backlink acquisition, 360’s visibility doubled within that 6 month period.
Going from the hidden places on Google to the top half of page 1 for most of their main services, the organisation is no longer relying upon branded terms to generate new leads. Still to this day, 360’s site is rising in rankings due to the organic foundation laid by our SEO specialists.
